The Barcos Foundation is a Detroit-based 501(c)(3) institutional workforce incubator dedicated to professionalizing the grooming and beauty industries through a clinical-grade framework.
Our Mission &
2026 Vision
Our mission is to foster innovation and economic equity by integrating Sanitation STEM and clinical health standards into nontraditional fields. Through the "Digital Leap" strategy, we are scaling our impact from local service to a national model for Registered Apprenticeships.

Our leadership ensures zero capital or volunteer hours are diverted from the core mission, maintaining a clean, auditable ledger and federal grant readiness (SAM.gov/DUNS compliance).
